Completely rewrote the artifacts-finder plugin to use a visual highlighting approach instead of automated prospecting. This resolves the flickering and disappearing issues with the previous implementation. Changes: - Replaced auto-prospect functionality with manual highlight mode - Added interactive UI with level filter using Preact - Implemented canvas-based circle rendering to mark mineable planets - Removed timer-based automation that caused display issues
