Add Plugin: Gift Area Planets

gift the planet(s) circled with level filter and area filter to your friends :)

I think this cannot be merged because of the old commits inside this pr.
I don't know what caused this error and i dont know a good way to solve this.
If this would happen to me, i would backup the new plugin and delete the entire fork and then fork it again and copy and paste the backuped plugin into it. But maybe there is a better way to fix this.
