This is a battle calculator for Twilight Imperium 4th Edition boardgame.
If you want to mess with the code, clone this project in JetBrains Rider. You'll also need to install Avalonia GUI package.
If you just want to use the calculator, there will be some other option I didn't figure it out yet
The calculator is fully in Russian. Enter the number of ships and upgrades of your armies. Parameter such as hits per round will be displayed below. Then click "Симулировать" to get attacker and defender chances.
