Makes edits to getMons function:

  • Makes CP/IV - if no encounter info. (based off empty cp)
  • Adds Raid mon names
  • Proper escaping html/php (Readability for getMon function)
  • Adds raid moves
  • Updates moves.json

Still need help on getRaids
