seifar

The goal of seifar is to create easy access to the SEIFA data provided by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS)

Installation

You can install development version from GitHub with:

# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("danwwilson/seifar")

Datasets

The package contains the following datasets at a Statistical Area 1 geography.

• seifa_summary: Statistical Area Level 1 (SA1) SEIFA Summary, 2016
• seifa_IRSD: Statistical Area Level 1 (SA1) Index of Relative Socio-economic Disadvantage, 2016
• seifa_IRSAD: Statistical Area Level 1 (SA1) Index of Relative Socio-economic Advantage and Disadvantage, 2016
• seifa_IER: Statistical Area Level 1 (SA1) Index of Economic Resources, 2016
• seifa_IEO: Statistical Area Level 1 (SA1) Index of Education and Occupation, 2016
• seifa_exclusions: Statistical Area Level 1 (SA1) Excluded Areas, 2016
• seifa_geographies: Geographic Information, 2016
