new commit

Saves the content of the tst object in the current directory to the server. If the object is an activity it attempts to save a new version of the activity to the server. If the local activity has not changed, nothing is done.

The commit command will first query the server for missing updates. If there are missing updates, the commit will fail and a message indicating possible actions will be printed.
