CLI program to update firmware/codeplug/userdb for the MD-380 (and other) DMR Radios

This command line program operates on a number of DMR radios. It can

• write firmware,
• read and write codeplugs,
• read and write the user database, and
• convert codeplugs to/from JSON, text, and spreadsheet files.
