Input type

Added all the standard shiny input types and added paragraph/textarea input type.

Not sure if you want all of these or if the code is the best. I feel like there could be a better way of handling this - somehow looping through the existing shiny inputs and automating creating/completing this code. but anyway it works.

I was about to implement a few more input options myself but found this PR has most of it sorted out.
@daattali No idea if the package is still actively developed but it would be good to see this polished and merged into master at some point.

It is not actively developed, mostly just because I'm actively developing/maintaining too many other packages that are taking up as much time as a full time job. I do see the usefulness in this package so I recently started an effort to get sponsored from the community and if I get enough support I'd be able to stop working for private clients and do more open source, and this would be on the top fo my list :)
