Gaussian Reduced and Curvilinear datasets can also be rendered with the Irregular-Code. To make it easier for me to test these two grid types with the Irregular Code, the “GridType” label in the Info Panel is now a button that allows you to switch between the supported types. Currently, this only works for Gaussian Reduced and Curvilinear.

As a side effect, you can now display data sets as Irregular if they were incorrectly labeled as Gaussian Reduced or Curvilinear. This was the case, for example, with this ORCESTRA data set, which was marked as Curvilinear, but the rendering was completely wrong. As Irregular, it resulted in the following screenshot:
