Added support for internationalization.

  • Dropdown for switching languages
  • Custom templatetag for translating urls
  • translation tags in templates
  • gettext_lazy was used for translating model and forms
  • translation for English language
  • split urls.py into two different files (one for pyfeedback and one for feedback app)
  • some latex test were deleted
