Description
This enables auto bumping to dev versions for JS projects (namely cylc-ui). Instead of
1.2.0.devthe npm convention seems to be1.2.0-0. It behaves very much the same with1.2.0 > 1.2.0-0(as is the case in Python land with1.2.0 > 1.2.0.dev).Checklist
