Sometimes, it's useful to just create a .cue-file without ripping the entire CD. This PR introduces an option "-J" to create such .cue-file and exit. I thought that it'd be weird to use -I and -J together, so I "disabled" it.

It'll be a great quality of life improvement for whenever one wants to generate a full cue without running a full rip. Cases that come to mind are when you need to re-rip one bad track, for testing, and for quickly comparing a disc to an existing rip.
