Introduce a family of
_in_placeoperations to allow operations to directly store their results on pre-allocate bitvector of correct width. The suffix_in_placemight be a bit misleading tho, people might misinterpretadd_in_placeto have similar semantics asstd::ops::AddAssign. They can tell the difference from the parameter list.
