Hmm, this is strange. It looks like some of this commit is new and other parts of it are undoing some of @tvoran's pep8 fixes (e.g., adding random spaces, making multi-line strings back into a long single line, etc.). Can you try merging just your new code (for running large datasets) with the latest automaton master code and updating the pull request? |
