Introduce Docker-based LaTeX build and refresh resume formatting and content (intro, skills, Zillow experience).

• Build/Tooling:
  • Add Dockerfile with TeX Live and required packages; latexmk PDF build via CMD.
  • Add build.sh to build image, mount workspace, and output pdf/resume.pdf.
• Resume formatting:
  • In resume.cls, enlarge section titles to \large\bf.
• Content updates:
  • Update sections/intro.tex job title and identity info (remove pronouns; refine specialties).
  • Revise sections/skills.tex languages and technologies.
  • Overhaul sections/experience/zillow.tex with new leadership summary and detailed bullets on platform engineering, infrastructure lifecycle, monorepo, and CICD adoption.
