- Rename package from gedi to gedi2 (avoid Bioconductor GeDi conflict)
- Remove obsolete C++14 specification from Makevars and DESCRIPTION
- Fix Rd cross-references in plot_feature_ratio (verb markup for brackets)
- Update roxygen documentation
