- Chapter and verse dropdowns now use a 10-column grid layout
- Book dropdown uses 2-column layout: OT left, NT right
- NT-only modules display in single left column
- Fixes Book / Chapter / Verse drop-down list / numbers #901

- sidebar: add right-click context menu on 'Parallel View' entry with two options: 'Open in Detached Window' and 'Open in New Tab' (with checkbox reflecting current state) - tabbed_browser: fix blank page when opening parallel tab by moving gui_parallel_tab_sync() after gtk_notebook_set_current_page() - tabbed_browser: sync View menu checkbox when parallel tab is opened via context menu (settings.showparatab + block/unblock signal)
