Compatibility Fix Applied

Due to dependency conflicts with Vue 3.0.0 and the existing Vue 2 codebase, Vue was updated to 2.7.16 (latest Vue 2.x) instead of 3.0.0 to maintain compatibility while still receiving security updates. Additional changes made:

• vue-loader: Downgraded from 17.4.2 to 15.11.1 for Vue 2.7 compatibility
• webpack configuration: Updated VueLoaderPlugin import path for vue-loader 15.x

This ensures the project builds successfully and all tests pass while maintaining the security benefits of the dependency updates.
