the first and the last hr must be in ranges

I think, the first hr should be in range (minbpm, maxbpm),
and the last hr may be is right, so can not just filter it out.

I would like to apply the Poincare plot analysis for data other than HR intervals.
I have minute-by-minute measures of blood pressure. I would like to present the fluctuations in blood pressure using SD from the Poincare plot. Any Ideas?
