This commit lays the groundwork for migrating the Express server to Fastify. - Adds Fastify, @fastify/express, @fastify/swagger, @fastify/swagger-ui, and @sinclair/typebox dependencies. - Creates a new Fastify server instance in `apps/server/src/server.ts`. - Configures the Fastify server with Swagger for OpenAPI documentation. - Integrates the Fastify server into the existing Express application using `@fastify/express`, allowing for an incremental migration. - Updates the server startup and shutdown logic to use the Fastify server.
