Organised and commented version with minor changes to the processing

Here are a list of things thats implemented in the dev branch

1. Added comments to the lifeless code.
2. Added failsafe conditions to verify if the directories exists.
3. Inclusion of env template files for setting up and running the code in local environment.
4. Processing of the node scripts and python files are done in code folder instead of root folder.

and a bit of housekeeping. Feel free to comment if there are any issues.
