This will never work.

With the Actions set here, there is no root manifest set. ...Which this project doesn't have.

If I was to actually try to make a root manifest here, it would still fail.

I'll try to see what I can do, but I am almost positive this will not work.

This doesn't actually build Chimera13. At all. And it's been untouched for ages now. Please fix it.
