Update .docs/README.md following contributte/doctrine-dbal standards: - Add complete table of contents with nested sections - Document all configuration options with types and defaults - Add ICommand and ICommandDTO implementation examples - Include JSON Schema validation section with examples - Document JSON-RPC 2.0 request/response formats - Add error codes reference table - Include full presenter implementation example - Add project structure guide
