This PR provides an example of how we can extend fendermint to initialize the Filecoin Virtual Machine (FVM) with a custom kernel and syscalls.
Note that this is highly experimental and a WIP as this requested changing our exported API from ref-fvm when it comes to syscalls, and I have not tested if this actually works in fendermint (only that it compiles).
