A follow up PR that makes the SSE server compliant with the MCP inspector.
I know it's a lot of code (mostly generated by AI), but it's integration-tested and has proper tests.
I also temporarily removed the websocket transport (as there's no standard yet).
If it doesn't make sense - fill free to reject.
Just wanted to make sure we contribute back to the original OSS.
