This is a testcase for securityhub_enabled
Description
Refactored and corrected test cases for the securityhub_enabled check.
-Aligned structure, mocking, exception handling, and assertion style with the reference check iam_password_policy_lowercase.
-Ensured coverage for:
Security Hub enabled with valid ARN
Missing ARN in response
ResourceNotFoundException
InvalidAccessException
Generic ClientError
Checklist
