What's New
• Key transfer is now fully functional so the system can be used by mercury to generate and transfer shared keys for the state chains.

Bug Fixes
• Fixed a problem causing intermittent public key mismatch during key transfer. The problem was due to an incorrect sign following a type conversion from the non-native to native versions of BigInt.
