if content/posts/ is empty, this omits the "LATEST POSTS" header (which looks a bit weird if it is not followed by any posts)

I'm using this nice theme for building a simple landing page, without any "blog"-like content.
In this context, the
LATEST POSTSheader does not make much sense, so this PR suppresses it if there are no posts at all.
