add Nuwa AI (xNUWA) to ecosystem: an AI client for accessing x402-compatible AI services

Description

Add Nuwa AI to the x402 Ecosystem page under Client-Side Integrations.

We are building a user-friendly AI client. called xNUWA. It provides users and devs with access to x402 AI services such as MCP and LLM API.

• The MCP is fully functoinal based on the x402 MCP spec.
• The LLM API is still using the exact scheme with a flat price for demo purpose, while we are waiting for the upto scheme.
• We deployed the first X Layer facilitator

For the current alpha version, we believe this is worth showing to the x402 community for the purpose of testing and demoing paid MCP services. We are working on migrating full features from our original Nuwa Client and we are also tracking the progress of v2 spec to provide up-to-date experience for users.

We are also working on proposing a channel scheme for solving the LLM streaming based API protection in a potentially more efficient way, based on our original Nuwa Payment Channel implementation. PR is on the way.

In addition, we are trying to work on the frontier of the v2 development regarding applying the possible future of v2 changes: #578

We are trying to contribute a small bit every day.
