  • review dev / pnpm catalog
  • update root readme
  • remove action if need an equivalent maybe create a codemod/action repo
  • pnpm -r test passing
  • pnpm -r build passing
  • Create a "legacy ci"
  • setup new cli part

By using node:test on small test it's dive by 2 the ci time
