The changes found in this commit **SHOULD** remove the horizontal scroll bars found on the Directory and About pages.
This commit is an attempt to fix the scroll to top behavior discussed in issue #40. I have only implemented the fix on the About and Directory pages thus far. I need this to be checked. Chromaticdeth19XX
