Note

Refreshes course fixtures across Docker, Dummy, Git, Grep, and Redis.

• Removes verbose description_md from many stage entries (Docker, Dummy, Git) to slim fixtures
• Grep: adds c and odin languages, stabilizes ruby, introduces multiple new extensions (printing, multiple-matches, highlighting, file-search, quantifiers) and many new stages; minor copy/link tweaks
• Redis: updates description/links, adds odin, expands Swift alpha testers, adds FAQs; major extension set added (lists, pub/sub, sorted-sets, geospatial, authentication) with numerous new stages; minor renames/case fixes and concept slug additions
• General: marketing copy/link updates and small naming consistency changes
