Signin edits

[Valenciola]

General Objectives: Make edits to the signin page to make it look a bit more interesting.

Actions Taken:

• An SVG background was created and applied to the space between the outer indigo background and the inner login page div. A mask was applied to it for tint.
• The color of the login div was adjusted to be made slightly darker to better contrast the mask color of the background.
