Add support for packet format used by Gree Pular

Some Gree AC models, including the Gree Pular use a different format of the "res" packets, which are sent in response to commands. This commit extends the code to support this format without affecting the format used by other models.

Thanks for the fix. I moved this to a new PR so I could rebase and check on the latest CI environment. It will be merged and release version posted at #132
