This is a very simple linear algebra library. Currently, it supports real/complex vectors and matrices.
Tested on macOS Sequoia 15.7.3.
Tested on Ubuntu 22.04 in Apple's Container CLI tool, which requires
sudo apt install -y libf2c-dev libopenblas-dev libgfortran-13-devNote: The test for condition number is currently failing in Ubuntu 22.04 with the libraries listed above. The ground-gruth condition numbers are calculated using Python with numpy running on macOS, and the results are verified in macOS (Using Apple's Accelerate framework).
