Modified index.php to search each directory for a .port* file to allow users to set a port for the directory without having to modify config.php. Updated README to reflect procedure.
Resolves request by @paxperscientiam in Issue #6
Thanks for your tutorial and this project @cmall will probably do some more tweaking soon.
