Quick start guide for testing server

1. Program your fpga with the lab3 program and download the elf file provided in the repo to the fpga
2. start your aws server and change the ip address in exportniosconsole.py
3. import the server code into your server
4. run the code on your server
5. run the exportniosconsole.py on your computer.
6. (comment out the code related to rtt timing if testing the multiple client server code but only have one client otherwise this will cause your client side code to stop doing anything)
