Highlights

• af cron — Tower-resident cron scheduler. Define YAML tasks in .af-cron/ that run on schedule, evaluate conditions, and deliver messages to terminals. Monitor CI health, check for stale PRs, or any custom check.
• Typing-aware message delivery — af send now detects when you are actively typing and defers delivery until you are idle. No more messages interrupting mid-thought.
• Porch rollback — porch rollback lets you rewind project phase when a builder gets stuck.
• Architect auto-restart — When the architect Claude session exits, it auto-restarts after 2 seconds (matching builder behavior).
• Dashboard Needs Attention view — Replaces Pull Requests section with actionable items requiring architect attention.
