v2.0.3 Hagia Sophia

Patch release with a major naming refactor, reliability improvements, and dead code cleanup.

Highlights

• Workspace Rename (Spec 0112): All uses of "project" meaning "git repository" renamed to "workspace" across Tower, CLI, dashboard, and database. DB migration v9.
• Tunnel Keepalive (Spec 0109): WebSocket ping/pong heartbeat detects and auto-recovers silent connection drops after sleep/wake.
• Gate Notifications (Spec 0108): Push-based af send from porch replaces poll-based gate watcher.
• Dead Code Cleanup: -7,500 lines removed (vanilla dashboard, codev-hq, hq-connector, unused utilities).

Bug Fixes

• Architect terminal no longer lost on Tower restart (Architect terminal should survive Tower restarts (shellper persistence) #274)
• codev init/adopt now copy role files (codev init does not copy roles/ directory to new projects #266)
• Document viewer bundled locally for CSP (af open document viewer fails to render — Prism not defined (CSP blocks external scripts) #269)
