I built Codev with Codev!

Codev itself is self-hosted -- we use Codev to build Codev. For example, we used it to create the test infrastructure for Codev to make sure it executes well.

However, it does lead to an oddity. The codev-skeleton directory is used to host the files that INSTALL.md uses to install codev, while the codev directory is the one that actually has the codev used by the codev project itself. Sounds confusing, but isn't :-).
