v1.6.1 Released

A patch release with several bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements.

Bug Fixes

• Builder gets stuck when project has no git remote #146 - Git remote detection now warns you upfront if no remote is configured (prevents stuck builders)
• can't reconnect #148 - Fixed reconnection after ungraceful shutdown - af start now validates PID liveness before claiming "already running"
• markdown preview doesn't show separate lines #141 - Markdown preview now renders single newlines as line breaks (enabled breaks: true in marked.js)
• can't scroll to bottom with markdown preview #143 - Fixed scroll-to-bottom in markdown preview (switched to flexbox layout)

Improvements

• Session rename delay increased from 2s to 5s for more reliable naming
• File tree now auto-refreshes every 5 seconds to detect changes
• Added SPEC vs PLAN boundary guidance to spec template
