为sproto增加命名空间的支持。应用于当协议变多，需要拆分成多个文件时。

命名空间是可选的，向后兼容。

@hqwrong 之前写sprotodump的时候，加了这个namespace的特性。 https://github.com/lvzixun/sprotodump 你试下？

@lvzixun 我已经在sproto的语法层上加上了不想再额外依赖其它库了
