unfortunately we are now working with the admin-ui deployed as a Cloud Foundry application and I don't feel I have enough experience or context to review this PR

@jmcarp have you considered becoming a committer? You can contact @drnic to be part of the cloudfoundry-community and have access to the blobstore.

@jmcarp you're already an owner of the org, so you have the technical ability to merge your own PRs; and to help curate/merge other PRs. As no one else is actively maintaining the project at the moment, it would a wonderful thing for you to help look after the project.

If you need the S3 credentials for the config/private.yml, email me and I'll generate some and email them back.
