Software used for "Prolonged lag time results in small colony variants and reflects a sub-population of persisters in vivo"
Three program were used for data analysis. Two Image J macro were used for preparing data from output of Olympus CellSense software:
- MacroResliceSCVlongLag.ijm for proper packaging of microscope images
- watchnext2.ijm for visual inspection of single cell growth rate
One Matlab program was used for extraction of colony diameter from plate pictures:
- ColoniesTimeLapseAnalysis.fig
- ColoniesTimeLapseAnalysis.m
