Add Sort report game UI

Summary

• add the Sort entrypoint to the camera screen
• add the gesture-driven Sort game screen and API wiring
• keep rewards visible through the existing KITN cache counters

Verification

• npx react-native bundle --platform ios --dev false --entry-file index.js --bundle-output /tmp/cleanapp-sort-main.jsbundle --assets-dest /tmp/cleanapp-sort-assets
• npx tsc --noEmit (fails in pre-existing files: src/screens/MyReportDetails.tsx, src/screens/ReportDetails.tsx, src/utils/PromiseResolver.ts, src/utils/Timeout.ts)
• ESLint is currently blocked by repo/plugin incompatibility on ESLint 9
