Adjusting the library to use Maven.

Still pending:

After PbmPersistenceCommons is ported to Maven, the lib needs to be updated.
Publish the package to a package registry (GH Artifacts?)

Changes:

Removed the internal libs (Except PbmPersistenceCommons)
User Maven to fetch the libs from the central repositories
Updated a few of the libs (only minor version do avoid breaking something)
Removed the versioning thru properties, favoring maven versioning
