for hpfeeds, the following env variables must be set HPFEEDS_SERVER HPFEEDS_IDENT HPFEEDS_SECRET HPFEEDS_PORT SERVERID (e.g. name/identifier)

This PR includes support for hpfeeds logging and some changes to have a more structured local logging.
