This is an example of a simple approach to stop enrolling new participants in the Reddit Warnings experiment, while continuing to send messages to existing participants. It should be applied when the experiment has enrolled enough participants (including a buffer for those who will be excluded) and it's time to wind down.
We set this up as a draft because this shouldn't be a permanent change to the code, but rather shows how to make a one-line edit that will update the experiment's behavior.
