CiteLibre Particip'EZ is CiteLibre's solution that places your citizens at the heart of your local authority's public life, using tools to report incidents on the public space. As it is updated, the solution will be expanded to include tools to launch calls for projects, offer a participatory budgetting solution and connect users to help them build citizen projects...

The current application is a combination of :

  • The CiteLibre web application that allows
    • users to fill forms to report incidents on the public space
    • back office admins to process, transfer, get back to the citizen about the submitted report - no technical skills required
  • Its related database that holds a full dataset for you to use/reuse/learn from
  • Keycloak that allows a single-sign-on feature that can simulate a Citizen Management System to log in and access his data to pre-fill form fields
  • Matomo to keep track and display statistics based on visits
  • Elasticsearch and Kibana to index business-related data such as users behaviours to display a decision making tool as a dashboard with graphics
  • Mailpit to display all notifications sent to either the users or the civil servants
  • SolR to index Lutece-related data
