Basic usage

I don't see the CTLD menu in my helicopter - I play solo

Solution

Start the game, take a spectator seat, unpause if needed, then go back to your helicopter.

Explanation

When you pick your helicopter as your first spawn spot, the script haven't been loaded yet (mission is in pause), and therefore CTLD misses the "player enter plane" event.
